Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your must obtain prior authorization before returning your item.  To start a return, you can contact us at belcreativearts@gmail.com. If your return is authorized, we’ll give instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.  Items which are not returned in original condition or which were used in ways outside of our recommendations will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please retain all packaging materials so that we can initiate a claim for damages from the delivery agent, if applicable.  Note that for items sent by the USPS, once an item is marked as delivered by the USPS, we are unable to refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including custom products, items which are customized or made to order, personalized items, and pierced earrings, due to hygiene reasons.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items which are marked as final sale or clearance, or for gift cards.

Exchanges
If your item meets the terms above and you would like a replacement item, please let us know.  We will be happy to exchange items when possible. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
